Les Nids de la Semois, 2 cottages for 14 people each, in Vresse-Sur-Semois

From our very first visit, we were captivated by this magnificent schist stone building, so typical of the region. We quickly envisioned what this house could become: a warm and welcoming home where family and friends could gather to share precious moments, far from the daily grind.

With the help of passionate local craftsmen, we took on the challenge of transforming this large house into two spacious cottages, Gîte Colibri and Gîte Koala , each accommodating up to 14 people, as well as a relaxation area with a heated swimming pool (reserved for Gîte Colibri). Each room has been carefully renovated, preserving the authentic charm of the original structure while incorporating modern comforts and contemporary touches.

As grandparents of 10 grandchildren, we designed these cottages so that young and old alike would feel comfortable: Friendly spaces, comfortable rooms, childcare equipment, modern facilities… Everything is designed so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay, in complete serenity.

Whether for a weekend or an extended stay, you will find here an ideal setting to recharge and reconnect with nature: magnificent walks, picturesque villages to discover, and authentic flavors of local cuisine.
